Welcome to the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law. The Section is made up of 15 (Fifteen) Council Members drawn from all sectors of Commercial Law Practice.

The Section functions through Committees whose chairmen are appointed by the Council Chairman. Mr. George Etomi is the Chairman of the Section.

5th Business Law Conference

The Section had its 5th Business Law Conference at the Abuja Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Abuja from the 5th - 9th April 2010. Watch this space for details of the conference and the conference papers.
Membership Requirements
Membership is open to any member of the Nigerian Bar Association upon satisfactory completion of the Registration Form and the payment of the Section dues.
